This is a perfect project to decorate your room, or create an original gift for Mother’s Day. Get the kids involved!
You will need:
– An inexpensive unfinished frame
– Blue acrylic paint
– Yellow acrylic paint
– Toilet paper tube
Here is the video tutorial:
Directions:
1. Paint the frame using the base color of your choice, I happened to use a blue. It will take two coats.
2. Allow to dry.
3. Take your other color of paint and you can put it on a paper plate or something and take your empty toilet paper roll and dip one end into the paint.
4. Do a test print on a scrap piece of paper.
5. Then start to print on the frame.
6. Allow to dry.
While it is drying, pick a picture or a drawing to put into the frame. If you have a child making it as a gift for Mother’s Day, have them draw a picture of their mom, or a picture of them with their mom.
That’s it! Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!

Cute and simple. One of my favourite photo frames is one my step-daughter painted for her father. I think homemade gifts are such a great idea.
This is adorable, especially if made by the kids. Pinning and sharing 🙂
